Sacred Resonance
A one-day training in the therapeutic use of Himalayan singing bowls within massage and bodywork.
1 Day • 8 CEUs • $200
Vibrational Massage for the Bodyworker
Sacred Resonance is a specialized course designed specifically for massage therapists who want to expand their hands-on practice through the therapeutic application of Himalayan singing bowls. Rather than focusing solely on sound or sound baths, this class explores how bowls can be used as tools for vibrational massage, bringing sound, vibration, and intentional touch directly into a bodywork session.
Students will learn the foundations of singing bowl work, including how to play, handle, and place bowls safely on and around the body. Building on these fundamentals, they will explore techniques for using the bowl as an extension of their hands—incorporating vibration, rhythm, and stillness into a therapeutic treatment.
Throughout the class, students will cultivate an embodied approach to working with sound, developing greater sensitivity, presence, and awareness of the person receiving. The goal is to move beyond simply playing the bowls to integrating them as a meaningful tool within the art of massage.
Resonance & Ritual
A two-day introduction to Ayurveda, Abhyanga, and the role of ritual in Ayurvedic self-care and bodywork.
2 Day • 16 CEUs • $400
Ayurveda & Abhyanga
Resonance & Ritual explores the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the practice of Abhyanga, the traditional art of Ayurvedic oil massage. Students will begin by exploring the foundations of Ayurveda—what it is, its approach to health and balance, and how it views the connection between body, mind, and daily life.
The course also introduces dinacharya, the Ayurvedic practice of daily rituals that encourage us to care for ourselves through mindful, intentional living. By exploring these practices, students will discover how self-care forms the foundation for caring for others.
Building on this understanding, students will learn a traditional Abhyanga oil massage, along with Ayurvedic head and face massage rooted in the traditions of Kerala, India. Through nourishing oils, rhythmic movement, and intentional touch, students will explore how to create a grounding and restorative experience while honoring the traditions from which these practices come.
