I am a massage therapist, educator, and lifelong student of the healing arts. For nearly three decades, I have explored the many ways touch, movement, breath, and presence can support connection and well-being.
My path has taken me to different parts of the world to study traditional healing practices, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, Traditional Thai Massage, and Ayurveda. Along the way, I have gathered not only techniques, but a deeper appreciation for the traditions, philosophies, and ways of working that give these practices their meaning. I bring this experience into my classes in a way that is practical, approachable, and immediately applicable. My goal is to help therapists build confidence in their hands, deepen their understanding of the body, and move beyond simply performing techniques to truly embodying their practice.
